I had taken a JIO Fiber connection which was operative since last two years later I exchanged the existing sat-top box with new one the executive asked me to file a termination request and ask for refund. I have done the same. My sat-top box was collection in June and get a msg asking me to fill up the bank details which I did and recived in OTP which was submitted.It as said that the refund will be processed in 10 days but it is now more then one and half month I have not recived the refund. Meanwhile I had submitted the bank details scanned copies of Blank Cheque and Pass book still the matter is not resolved.My service ID is 300851479794 and customer ID is 1166143163.
