Text of Complaint by Brijesh:

I had submitted a claim for the cashback reward on Agoda Booking application on July 17, 2023, and was informed that I would receive the reward within 7 working days. However, it has now been almost 2 months and I still have not received the cashback as promised.

Date of Claim Application: 17th July 2023.

I followed all the necessary procedures to claim the cashback reward and patiently awaited its processing. However, the extended delay without any communication or update from company’s end has raised serious concerns about the level of service being provided.
