I had already sent many emails to cs-reply@amazon.in regarding my grievance related to my OrderNo 405-5992481-9597956. But not yet received any reply from there . As per OrderNo 405-5992481-9597956 for 2lit PRESTOL brand dish wash by prepaid on 08.10.21. On 11th,12th ,13th of October 2021 , I contacted the customer care over phone with a request , I want only the product at any date and I don’t want any refund in this regard.that and they assured me the product will be delivered to me on or before 15-10.21. But on a surprise I got a message mentioning that ” REFUND CONFIRMATION” . Regarding this I again send a message to cs-reply@amazon mentioned as ” I DON’T WANT ANY REFUND AND WANT ONLY THE PRODUCT I ORDERED”. But not yet received any reply and not yet inform me the reason for the item being returned ? This happened due to the laps of Amazon franchisee at Alappuzha. Why do I suffer the laps from their end. The product I ordered in the lighting deal cost only Rs.179/- ,now the price is Rs.308/- (an hike of Rs,129/-) If you believe the rights of the customer, I requested that take necessary steps to replace the item to me and expense incurred on this may be recovered from the franchisee at Alappuzha.
