We would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that there were two products under single Order # 408-5781952-6308323
1. Two Units of Mi 360° Home Security Camera 1080P
2. Single Unit of Borosil 10 Liters Oven Toaster Grill, Grey
The above products were shipped through Tracking ID: 203833569823 and on 22nd October, 2021 we have received only Single Unit of Borosil 10 Liters Oven Toaster Grill, Grey without any outer box. Shipping Label on the Borosil 10 Liters Oven Toaster Grill (attached the shipping Label image), specifically mentions name of two sellers
1. Appario Retail Private Ltd (For Mi 360° Home Security Camera 1080)
2. Cloudtail India Private Limited (For Borosil 10 Liters Oven Toaster Grill, Grey)
And Shipping Label also specifies BOX 1 of 1; which specifically explains that there are two products inside the box but the fact is this Borosil Oven box is not capable of handling an oven along with cameras inside it.
We have shared the unboxing images of the Borosil Oven along the Shipping Label.
We have tried & taken followup with the customer care team of amazon but they are reiterating that the product has been delivered.
We have not received Two units of Mi 360° Home Security Camera 1080 till today.
