I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my Paytm Merchant account. Despite subscribing to Paytm’s Sound Box service, I have not received the sound box till date. However, I am being charged monthly dues for the service I am unable to utilize.
Additionally, I have contacted Paytm Merchant Customer Care multiple times, requesting the deactivation of the sound box service, but no action has been taken so far. This has caused unnecessary financial and mental stress as I am being charged for a service I neither received nor use.
I request the Honorable Consumer Complaints Court to kindly intervene in this matter and direct Paytm to:
Refund the charges deducted for the sound box service that I have not received.
Deactivate the sound box service immediately.
Ensure fair resolution of this matter without any further delays.
I will attach all relevant evidence, including payment records, communication history, and service subscription details, for your reference if required.
I seek your kind assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.
