Hi, I am a working professional who recently moved to Secunderabad. I am staying in a PG near Secunderabad railway station – Sri Balaji paying guest, Trimuthy colony, mamidipally, malkajgiri, secunderabad. it is located in road no.1, Mahindra hills. Maintained by Mrs. Lata Mahinder. Initially when I visit the place, the owner told she will provide monring food – lunch, dinner- night food, laundry including washing of clothes, room cleaning services. The amount charged is extravagan amounting to Rs.15,500/- per month for a small single room without any additional facilities. As iam new and unknown much about city , I paid and joined. later on she continuously avoided serving food, washing clothes etc by saying some foolish reasons, intermittently she used serve food by saying that shortly services would be resumed, and after two months, she told, I would not serve food morning time. As she is a lady and in proximity of that place to my office, I kept quite and adjusted for another two months, now she is asking for one-month advance rent in addition to the amount which I paid in the start of the month. when Iam questioning any thing, she is asking me to vacate the room. After taking the money, she is not at all taking care of services and just avoiding the same. All of a sudden, if asking me to vacate the room, where I can go?? If anything we ask, she keeps on sending messages and creates mental torture. It happened to so many people. Even the PG is not registered , I suppose. Please do the needful
