Text of Complaint by Narender Kumar Sudan:

This is regarding non providing of services  of and on to either of six numbers being used by my family by deactivating its services to compel to make payment to another number for which I made request to discontinue its services.

In this connection my earlier emails may please be called from appealite authority of vodafone. My last email speaks as under:

This has service reference no. 1091746175. Ms Meenakshi ,and Mr Harsh,s contention that no rebate ,against my no. 9999569371 ,has been offered to me is once again not agreed to. It appears that the case has not been properly understood the way it was represented. On the contrary you as well as Mr Hsrsh are stressing upon that whatever you people are saying is correct and the customer is always wrong. For your information I am 70 years old and served in Defence for 38 years and never want to misguided any body as you people di. 

As already explained inspite ofmy earlier  request to close my no. 9999569371, nothing was done and on the contrary without my usage a bill has again been floated to harras a senior citizen like me.

 Further on this non payment context services to my other nos are been barred from time to time for which I have lodged different complaints as without providing  proper services Bill’s are generated. 

It can be verified from your records that internet services to my other nos I.e. 9910294006 and 8587888106 inspite of different complaints ,have not been so far restored to my satisfaction I.e. still internet to these nos is not working for the last 20 days. But on the other hand I am confident that vodafone will generate bill for these nos as a general practise and will again compel me to make the payments without realising tha fact that services to these nos were not provided to me. 

Now pl find attached a recording whereby It will be established that your executive offered me discounted bill of Rs 815/- as I was contended from time to time but you people were not agreeing  to it . 

I would request you once again to go through my complaints and give me categorically reply to each point otherwise I shall be compelled to sue in court of law

In spite of giving a reasonable solution and provision of better services, Ms Meenakshi Nd Mr Harsh are simply adamant and strict to their point that no such offer was made to me. In support I have provided a recording .

Today I called and tried to speak to Ms Meenakshi but Ms Pooja inspite of repeated requests not allowed me to speak to Ms Mecnakshi and asked me to reply the said email . Since writing emails are not sufficient the purpose as they are illogically strict to their point what should I do. I am 70 years old and lot of mental stress has been given to me by vodafone staff.

Thus I approach yourself for redressal.

Note :- You may call recording which has already attached by me to an email to Ms Meenakshi as I can not applaud the same here.
