I had family plan in Vodafone. Despite my repeated attempts and promises, I was not allowed to include any of my family members. When I decided to port out, I always got a message saying existing contractual obligation. This was the family plan and I don’t know why I could not port even if there was a family that had no other members. Finally, I asked myself to be removed from family plan and also have complaint number. I was promised removal in 24 hours and it never happened. Vodafone doesn’t respond.
