Text of Complaint by Waikhom Bronandro:

I have requested for withdrawals of my winnings on 06/04/2024 in 1xbet. Among the withdrawals, three withdrawals of amount INR 50000, INR 49000 and INR 48000 have not been transferred to my Bank account till now. I have put up complains in their email, chat as well as in customer care call. On their request, I have sent them updated Bank statements in pdf format. They asked me to wait for updates from their payment department and they keep on telling me to wait. I waited and now it has been more than 15 days but the amount is not yet paid to my bank account. I was then told to enquire with my receiving bank, which i did and my bank told me there is no such transfer to my bank account and I have to contact the payer since the transaction started from their (i.e. 1xBet) end.
Now, I have sent email but there is no further response from 1xBet. It seems 1xBet has defrauded me and is not willing to pay me my winnings.
This has caused me immense mental disturbance as well as financial loss.
I want 1xBet to transfer my winning as per my withdrawal request to my bank account without further delay. I also want 1xBet to compensate for the troubles it has caused me.
