Amazon has not refunding shipping  charge as per their commitment  on wrong order pickup

Order No.:Order # 407-7594181-9378769

Fist one month they given false commitment saying it will be credited in 4 days(multiple time) and after one month they are saying not paid as no sign and stamp on Bluedart slip.Also Blue dart is not giving proper response on Waybill No:50542989696.

I have paid INR1163 as the shipping charge and now both parties not taking any responsibilities and its like I have lost my hard earned money.

Please help
