Text of Complaint by Anu:

I have made a payment for Bescom for rs 275 on 21.02.2022.The payment was not processed due to technical issues and the amount have been debited from my account. In my amazon account the the transaction is showing expected credit with in 28.02.2022.

When i get entry of passbook and also called the bank for details, there is no trace for my amount of Rs 275 credit and yourr team is saying it is lying in my bank people.

I have escaleted twice the issue for the refrence number and there is no trace of RR number from the payment end.

The two escalation numbers are as follows
11.03.2022 – 9198704 raised by nazeen
Other on 19.03.2022 – Z539486961 raised by mamatha.
