Dear Consumer Court, I was checking loan eligibility in Agile App, at the next moment without my consent they have approved and credited the loan amount in my account 3300 and showing 6000 pending to pay in 7 days. I got scared and paid Rs 6000(payment slip attached). Now they are asking for 6000 more even after repayment. I said I will pay you more 6000 but not on the app I can pay at your office or come and collect from my home then they started abusing me tagging me with morphed images and fake information that i am R@pist and fraud.
Afterward they hacked my phone and stole all my contact numbers and sharing a pic mentioned like a R@pist, Fraud also they are abusing my friends, family members.
Please take a necessary action against these apps fraud.
