I ordered one product from Amazon and it was not of good quality. I returned the product but they refund the amount on the Amazon pay balance. I never use the Amazon pay balance. Earlier, whenever i returned my order, i always get my money in my bank account. Now they are saying that they cannot do anything. I would also like to add that the customer care executive is so disrespect and very rude. The amount in the Amazon pay balance is useless and i never selected the option of payment into my Amazon pay balance.
