The order was placed on 27th April 2023, of amount 584.25 rupees (pay on delivery) the product was a face wash of company named Cetaphil, through Amazon, the order was returned as the product was damaged (the nozzle of the bottle), the picture of the same was given to Amazon, the refund request was accepted by Amazon and the refund was initated on 30th April 2023, in the form of cheque which was posted through Indian post by Amazon with a promise of delivery within 12-14 days, no cheque was received within stipulated time in addition there was no contact made at the end of Amazon, later upon calling Amazon customer service on 16th June, 2023 I was assured the amount will now be transferred in Amazon Pay, but same couldn’t be done as there was some technical glitch at the end of Amazon Services. On 19th June, 2023 I am again being told it will take another 10 – 15 days for my refund. The refund which was supposed to take 10- 15 days is now taking a whole month without any proper explanation or compensation.
