Text of Complaint by Mrs.Saroj Kaushal:

I had paced orders for iPad Cover and tempered glass for iPad . I made payment through IDFC Bank.The order no was ORDER # 406-2305458-3737900.Amazon arbitrarily cancelled my order and intimated me about the same.I have not been the paid the refund for an amount of ₹2098 till date. There is no provision to find out the status of my refund .The details of cancelled items are also difficult to find.

This practice is unprofessional and amounts to financial loss and mental harassment.The customer service needs to be made sensitive and not a maze where the customer is at loss to figure out the way to find out a simple thing like status of the refund order.

Further if Amazon has a problem with IDFC Bank , why should it’s name be put in the drop down list of Banks for Netbanking.

If the customer wants to change the choice from credit card payment to netbanking why Amazon should insist on credit card as default choice.

These are restictive practices meant to harass the customer.These should be investigated.

Amazon should be directed to refund me the amount due to me without any further delay.
