I bought something from amazon and my money got debited but after sometime the order itself got cancelled and they messaged me that my money got refunded but when I checked it wasn’t. So I contacted the customer care and they asked me to wait till 5th April, but today itself is 7th and no refund has been done. When I again contacted the customer service they said that they’ve issued the refund and I should contact the bank and when I contacted the bank they said that there has been no refund issued. Then I again contacted the customer service, but they again said that its the banks fault and bank again said its the company’s fault.
