My name is Abhishek Bhomia and I was employed as Business development Manager in Skill Cluster at Rustomjee Academy for Global careers Pvt Ltd. my employee ID # was 495. I had joined the organisation on 7th August 2017 and resigned from my service on 10th Dec 2018 as asked by Mr Kavi Luthra (VP)
10th Dec 2018 was my last working day and on follow up for my FnF with Miss Roshan Sheikh from HR, I was informed that FnF will be cleared within 45 working days as per HR Norms.
When I asked them again after 45 working days for FnF they gave me a new timeline for March month stating that they are awaiting for permission to release my fnf. Even after constant and several follow ups with HR,Accounts,Management over whats up, Calls,Message,Mails no concern was shown towards settling my FnF, I even literally begged them for money due to medical emergency at home but not even a single reply or any sign of Humanity shown from any of member.
Now when I am going through hard time financially I escalated the matter to Mr Kavi Luthra after 3 mnths of my resignation and 45 working days and got predictable reply from him stating that there are lots of discripancies in my hand over after 3 mnths.I asked hi. To clearify what kind of discripencies were there and why was it not informed to me since so long? Why is it being informed only after several communication and esclation? I had series of interaction with my reporting manager Mr. Ijlal Khan on FnF settlement and kept receiving constant reply of being out of fund since beginning not even once was i informed about any discripency encountered by organisation.
I have a good amount of over a lakh and half balance with organisation as mentioned below with pending duration:
*Rembursement for my Out of station travelling since November 2017
* November and December month salary (Dec month salary was confirmed by HR Ms. Nishtha at time of resignation as I was asked to leave immediately by the Mr. Kavi Luthra).
* Cash component and fixed allowance as a part of salary for few months.(Exact details with Accounts)
I humbly request you to look into this matter and guide me as I have no trust on this organisation as they are completely shameless and unprofessional when it comes to money. You are the last hope for me. Hope you can understand a person in debt sitting jobless at home for last 4 months due to an unprofessional decision of Management.
