This is to kindly inform that I have done a Fixed Deposit in Future Enterprises Ltd in the name of my wife. The FD was done from the Big Bazaar outlet for a period of 3 years however due to closure of the Big Bazaar after takeover by Reliance Group no FEL contacts are available to provide me the response. Now the FD matured on 06/12/2022 and I have enquired with all possible ways with phone calls and emails but in vain also no contact is working hence you are requested to please guide me and let me know the process to how to get the maturity of my FD.
