Text of Complaint by SWAPAN BASU:

I am a retired person living on Bank interest. On 14th July upon receipt of monthly bill from AIrtel I requested for disconnection. As per advice from Airtel, I made the bill payment. WHILE MAKING PAYMENT, I MADE A MISTAKE IN PLACE OF PAYING RS. 588.82 I MADE PAYMENT RS. 58882.00 ( FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO ONLY) THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD. IMMEDIATELY I REPORTED AIRTEL GIVING THEM OPTION TO REFUND LEGITIMATE AMOUNT RS. 58293.18 EITHER THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY REGISTERED THECASE NO 133952090 AGAINST MY ACCOUNT NO. 7040017725 AND CONFIRMED REFUND BY 7 DAYS TIME BY E-MAIL. THEN THEY ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS I SHARED INCLUDING SHARING SCANNED COPY OF A CANCELLED CHEQUE ON 16TH JULY. AFTER 7 DAYS ON 23RD WHEN I ENQUIRED THROUGH E-MAIL THEY STOPPED REPLYING. TILL DATE 29.07.2021 NO REFUND IS MADE. WHEN I CALL THEM THEY ARE EVADING THE ISSUE
