Yesterday (13-09-2022) i have received a parcel from flipkart with COD. we paid Rs.380 and received that parcel. while opening that i was shocked to see inside that parcel. Bedsheet and pillow covers were present inside that parcel. i have not ordered this things. while checking the bill there is no name found on that bill but my resident address was present on that bill.
Next we contact ur customer support to know this issue. checking this delivery details this order was placed by someone and their mobile number ending with ******0663. we dont have such contact number with me or with my friends and relatives. This is a major critical issue happened from ur side. without my knowledge my personal details were distributed or shared by urside. meanwhile i was disappointed with our customer support. No proper response. i have spoke with more than 8 executives. They disconnecting the call without giving the solution.
