M/S Videocon D2H,
April 8, 2019
I have been using Videocon D2H connections for the last almost five years under the name of Sarika Jain. My registered mobile no with your company is 8826355577 and my customer Id is 92626174.
I may inform you that from yesterday I am unable to see all the HD channels on both of my TV sets.. There is a display that subscription amount is exhausted, whereas there is an amount of Rs 5505/- still with you.
I have been trying to lodge a complaint on your customer care nos. On your toll free no 1800-137-0444, it only indicates the balance and unable to connect to customer care representative.
Then I tried 9115691156 no.I kept on trying this number yesterday for almost two hours or so,but every time,it indicates that all the lines are busy. I was fortunate enough that my call was transferred to customer care,with the remarks that customercare representative is busy and they had requested me to keep the call on hold. I kept the call on hold for almost 25 minutes,but every time,I was getting the message that the representative is busy.
Today morning, I again tried on this number,and after about 20 times dialling, I was able to talk to your customer care representative and explained her my problem. She had given me complanit no as 706883644 dated 8th April, 2019 at 8.20 am. She had promised me that the complaint shall be rectified within 5 to 10 minutes.
To my utmost surprise, the complaint had not been resolved till 10 am and I am unable operate my both TVS sets.
Is this the service, your organisation renders to the customers. I have been using your D2H for the last five years, and I had not faced such type of problems at your customer care department. It seems that your customer care personnel are shrinking from the work and bent upon harassing the customers.
I would like to know as to when my complaint shall be attended and rectifed. Will your company will give credit for non functioing of your system.
Please get the complaint rectifed at the earliest under intimation to me.

    We would like to inform you that HD channels are not the part of your subscription, if you want to make changes in the package you can do the same via application or website. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance.
