The complaint is regarding my vodafone No.9899033795. This number is out of service from 01-04-20. In spite of several complaints by mails and over telephone, they are not bothered to solve the problem till date. Due to the non functioning of this number, I have to spend around Rs.100/- per day for my immediate data and call needs from other service providers. Also as this is my primary number and linked to banks, I’m not able to get important messages and information in time. Due to the non functioning of this number, I’m financially and mentally disturbed. Despite reminding them the seriousness of the case again and again by my numerous mails, they have not taken any action in this regard and kept mum and so I want compensation from vodafone for the financial and mental problems I faced and facing even now.
