1. I live in a chaal due to heat we have stopped using even gyser since lockdown fridge is also broken so closed almost 9k electricity bill in june after duely paying my monthly bills till now for fan and light and 5m cooking appliances which is mixture an hr of ac I am confused provided my father is the only earning member and had to close down and sit home due to pandemic how will we pay 9000. Please explain.
