Text of Complaint by Sancharee Dey:

Flipkart has tremendously menatally harassed me for last 6days. They have engaged my money (Rs. 75790) for 6days , delivery agents did not contacted with me for a singke time over the periode . Whenever I have called them they behaved very rudely over phone and denied to deliver the order on same day. Every morning a delivery agent’s contact link through flipkart generated pin was provided by flipkart. Their identity, contact number was not provided. Delivery agent did not come to my door step till 13th june but they have marked it as delivery attempted. Only on 14th june, after 9.30pm one delivery person has come. But he has informed me that delivery link is down and he will delivey next day morning. But he didn’t. After so many complaint filing at flipkart customer support, so many calls from my side they have cancelled the order without my consent. Flipkart support team has marked my multiple complains regarding the same issue as ‘resolved’ without solving my issue.
