Hi,
I placed an order on the website of Skull Candy. The webpage showed the order number: 27807427 on 25th July, 2022.
No mail confirmation for the order was ever received.
The order was for my brother who already had the required product. Upon sending an email to their customer care email to not send the order and to refund the amount, they replied on checking with their dispatch team and haven’t heard back from them since then.
Customer care number is not reachable and their given address too is having people who can’t help with any order related matters.
Multiple follow-ups have led to no result.
