I have ordered two office chairs on Flake Shop. And paid Rs. 2,998/- on 04th January, 2021. I have received message saying,” Hi Allarakha, thanks for your purchase of Rs. 2,998.00 from Flake Shop! We’ll notify you when it ships. View order (#1114): https://flakeshop.in/5265306436” till date there is no information received. No contact number. Nothing. It was first time I ordered online and this happened.
