I have not received this product and have bern chasing your customer care like crazy since the past more than 3 weeks but the only response I have been hearing from all the CCEs is that I should wait for 24 hours and something will be done. I have been waiting these 24 hours since 25 days but it seems these 24 hours are unending for a company like Flipkart. I have been resisting myself from going on social media with this thing where I can let the world know the pathetic customer service that Flipkart provides. If the appellate authority will fail to resolve this issue (resolution for me is either I get my product or I get the refund), I will be forced to go on all possible social media platforms. Hope to get the resolution asap
