My order no 407-8582752-2486741 from Amazon was expected to arrive on 14 January and I’m a prime member of Amazon but I did not receive the product on 14 January and delivery agent told me that he cannot deliver my product because he is far from my place and he told me he will deliver by 15 January by 10 am but that delivery guy passes a false message that I have changed the address but the reality is my address is still same and I haven’t changed it. But the delivery guy updated a false statement and even today that is 15 January 6:41 pm I haven’t received the product and I want Amazon to be punished for not delivering product to the prime member on the promised date and also Amazon delivery guy giving fake and false statements which is against the law
