Under a festival offer by Flipkart, I purchased a mobile (SAMSUNG Galaxy S21 FE 5G ) with online payment done via my ICICI credit card for INR 2***5 (after offers and discounts). The product was scheduled to be delivered by September 23rd, 2022 but it was never delivered. Since then, I tried enquiring multiple times about my product but couldn’t get a proper response. Tried calling the eKart (logistic service of Flipkart), but they too kept ignoring my queries. I raised the case with Flipkart but got no help apart from assurances. When Flipkart was informed about this callous response by their own logistics department, they, too, did not bother to pursue this further and simply passed a one-line assurance statement. I suspect my order will get cancelled with this odd trick, and finally I will end up losing the mobile and the availed offer. Flipkart, as a reputed e-commerce company, failed to address my concerns. I am afraid of my invested money via credit card and the product as a whole, as it gives a sense of fraud and cheating.
