Text of Complaint by Ashok:

Dear Officer,
I am Ashok, a responsible citizen of India who wants to bring to this notice and share my experience with Amazon. I ordered the product on Amazon.in on July 12th, 2020 of July with the expected delivery on July 17th, 2020. As a responsible and loyal customer, I waited and expected to be delivered on July 17th. It is not even delivered on the mentioned date (July 17th, 2020) and no one from the Amazon contacted us for the delayed delivery. I made a communication with the customer service guys multiple times asking for the status of the information and got the different answers from different chat representatives. Finally, They promised me to deliver on July 21st, 2020. I agreed on the same that the product is delivered on the mentioned date. The product is not delivered at all and contacted the representative of Amazon and they ordered a replacement with guaranteed delivery with July 26th, 2020. The product is not delivered today and contacted the representative again. Now they are asking me to wait for more time to get it done. I had gone through a lot with my work schedule dealing with these guys. I went through a lot of pressure with the amazon guys and making the customer as fools.
I need to compensate and resolve this matter as soon as possible. Should your office require extra information, I am happy to share it. Please find the order numbers
