I had purchased on 27th September 2024, I had ordered Havells 1200mm equs BLDC Motor Ceiling Fan 5 star with remote having (Pack of two) two quantities of fans via order no# 405-1985698-6564326 order total 6957.00/-
On receiving the order, I only got one Fan in the box, and I immediately raised a concern with Amazon customer care, and they booked a return of the item, but the amazon person who came for return did not pick up the parcel and said he cannot take only one fan. I again raised a concern with customer care and asked him to talk with customer care, but he refused, then again customer care asked to rearrange pick but no one came to collect the parcel.
