Text of Complaint by Himanshi Agarwal:

I had ordered earphones from Amazon yesterday i.e 21st March, 2022 and they were supposed to be delivered today i.e 22nd March between time slot 7 am – 11 am. And i get a message that the product cannot be delivered since the address is outside the carrier service area and is being returned to the seller!
The most absurd reason since i have ordered many products from amazon for the same address which were delivered without any problems. I complain since this product was supposed to be delivered today and it didn’t get delivered due to absurd reasons and i wanted it very urgently. If you could understand! Since office going person i am working from home!. This is nuisance. I want to file a complaint! I hve a meeting to attend important one and can’t use bluetooth ones earphones hence this! This is clearly not done! I want an action against this! I never complain for anything but this thing was important very much!
