Text of Complaint by Deepali Baunthiyal:

I have ordered JBL Bluetooth Speakers and wireless head phones on 17 May, 2020 from an online store named MOBYLSTORE.
Order no, MS3717.
I have been constantly emailing them on ecomhelp2020@outlook.com, which I have found after searching internet. The email id mentioned on the confirmation of order email is help@mobylstore.in which is invalid and no customer care no. is given by them.
I even messaged them on their fb page regarding my purchase.
Apart from the confirmation email I haven’t had received anything yet. No reply to my emails or fb message.
