Text of Complaint by Chenampulli Govindan Kutty:

On 8th November 2021, I ordered 1 No. Lucky Store Car AC Vent Universal Dashboard Mobile Holder with 360 Rotating Mount for Better Navigation and Performing Smartphone Tasks (Black) at Rs. 125 and a delivery charge of Rs 59 thus totalling to Rs. 184 with a promised delivery date of 15th November 2021 from Amazon website. I made the payment in advance trusting Amazon via netbanking. On 15th it started showing “RUNNING LATE” and the supplier promised to refund the amount if not delivered by 20 November. On 19 November I requested a refund from Amazon (P.P Store) which they refused. I complained to Amazon on 25th November and send a reminder on 26th November both complaints bear no reply. As of now (16 December 2021 at 6.15 pm) I have neither received refund nor any response from Amazon. I humbly request your goodselves to take up necessary proceedings against Amazon and get my amount refunded along with a reasonable compensation. I would appreciate your early response.
