Text of Complaint by Chenampulli Govindan Kutty:

I ordered one Lucky Store Car AC Vent Universal Dashboard Mobile Holder with 360 rotating mount for better navigation and performing smart phone tasks (black) from Amazon India website on 8th November 2021 with a tentative delivery on 15 November 2021 on advance payment of Rs. 184/- via netbanking and I received a confirmation of order and delivery by 15 November. The Order No. was 171-4944077-5327502. It was not delivered on 15th November and upon contacting them, they requested to wait until 20th November and if not delivered by 20th Nov., they will make a refund. I requested refund thereafter and they refused to make refund. Now, Amazon has withdrawn the refund tab from the website. I request you to kindly take up the issue and make a redressel. I do not require the product as I have already procured it. I request you to kindly order them to pay Rs 2000 including a fine for willful cheating. I am a regular customer of Amazon and make a lot of purchases from them more than lakhs worth goods per year.
