Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding the non-delivery of my order (Order No. 404-9032189-0411565), which was scheduled to be delivered on 7th July 2025. As of today (9th July 2025), the item has still not been delivered, and there has been no valid explanation or resolution provided by your customer support team.
This delay has caused me considerable distress, including:
Physical inconvenience due to reliance on the ordered item
Mental stress from lack of clarity and accountability
Financial impact, as I had to make alternate urgent arrangements
Despite raising the issue and requesting a penalty and refund, your customer care team has refused to acknowledge this as a valid complaint or even escalate it properly. This is highly disappointing, especially for a long-time loyal customer who has been consistently purchasing from Amazon over the years.
I expect the following actions to be taken immediately:
Full refund of the order amount
Compensation or penalty for the inconvenience caused
Formal acknowledgment of this complaint with a case ID
An explanation of why this issue was not addressed earlier by the support team
I urge you to treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and ensure such lapses do not occur in the future.
