To Whom It May Concern:
I am requesting delivery or refund of the Dayton Humidifier and Dehumidifier unit. My brother Arun Berry who lives in India received the other product. However, it was said that the heater/dehumidifier was not delivered because of the incorrect OTP number.
I would appreciate a prompt reply concerning this issue.
