I have ordered a Teclast T30 tab on 18th Aug paying the full amount of INR 2999 from https://boxgig.in/. As per the order confirmation mail, I was supposed to receive it in 3 to 4 working days. I have sent two reminder emails – fist on 23rd Aug and second on 26th Aug 2020. However there was no response on the shipment or refund of payment from the seller till date. Their website is also down now. So I would like to register a complaint.
