I had placed an order to Mobylstore.com for sonybluetooth speaker and earpods combo offer for Rs 999 on seeing their add on instagram and a payment was made by card and an amount of Rs. 999 was deducted and credited to payumn Divanshu Jain vide their I’d no 321355695 dated 14/5/2020 for Rs 999 and a confirmation received from payumn that the transaction is successful but the product was not delivered and on lodging a Complaint with payumn their reply was that the amount has been credited to the vendorand I should follow with the vendorand the vendor a complaint was lodged on 0124 6624800 What’s up but they are silent and even payumn is refusing to refund the amount by debiting the vendor and giving us a refund both Payumn n Mobylstore.com silence proves their complicity
