I ordered for 2 formal shirts from webfxdigitel.com through Facebook on 5th October 2020 and was allotted a Order ID No- 20161933. The original delivery date was mentioned as 8th Oct 2020, however as I did not receive any status of delivery, I kept on checking their website https://webfxdigitel.com on daily basis till yesterday and the order status is mentioned as “Shipped” and the date of delivery kept on changing from 12th Oct to 15th Oct 2020. I send an E Mail to them on 12th Oct 2020, asking them to provide me with the Shipping tracking details of the aforesaid order, but no reply has been received so far. I have already made a payment of Rs 898/- on 5th Oct 2020 as the terms oaf payment was “PREPAID” and the same was acknowledged by them on 5th Oct 2020 through SMS. As I m not fore seeing any delivery in recent future, kindly get me the refund of the amount paid and oblige.
