On 5th Oct I have ordered 2 items

Samsung mobile M52
Philips OTG ..

On 7th delivery boy came and delivered 1 Product ( philips OTG) whereas i got confirmation of delivery of both the products ( Philips OTG as well as Samsung M52 Mobile) on mail.

Immediately with 10 – 15 min i called amazon call centre and informed.. since than its more than 20 days and am still not got any confirmation..

My amazon order #​171-9063079-4917956 …

on 17th Oct delivery boy came to my house and told me that he has delivered only 1 Product.. ( Video attached) .. since then i have sent this video to amazon team 4 times..

Since past 20 days am regularly following with amazon team but they are reverting that they have escalated and yet to get revert from the relevant team..
