Dear Flipkart Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the non-delivery of a Safari bag I ordered on 30th September 2024. My order ID is Help us with your feedback – IN24101107363979368176 .
Despite numerous follow-ups with your customer care representatives, the issue remains unresolved and that have gave resolution is cancelled the order but I don’t want to cancel the order and it is value for money (why I waste 2 thousand rupees from brand buy like “SAFARI” from ‘offline store’.) on that time I want early delivery so I change the date (so I want to go to Village living in rent room) and it confirm from your also but after the delivery got over for wait I have being calling continuous for 30 days and I have talked about 1 hour from your costumer service they talked (about only feedback)from side because it’s your problem . And Now you have cancel my order then you have pay me 2000 in my account because it’s my time wasted for calls and messages your tech team is always sleeping only OR deliver the package is on my address I am ready pay only that much amount 368 + supercoins only.
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation for your reference.
I kindly request you to take immediate action to locate my order and ensure its timely delivery. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a” RESULTS NO RESOLUTION” to this issue at the earliest.
