I had bought ” Tecno Hipods H2 (Black) with Real Stereo Sound, 24 Hrs of Music, BT 5.0, IPX4 Water Resistance, Noise Cancellation and Smart Touch Controls ” in Aug 2020. This was delivered without the headphones in it. I booked a replacement for the same. The Replacement was done, but the delivery agent came back within a hour and mentioned that the earphone are missing from the original package. I explained that it is the reason why I am getting a replacement. He took back the replacement product . I called up Customer care after that and they mentioned that the will arrange for the replacement to be delivered shortly. The next amazon agent also didn’t accept the original package and refused to give me the replacement; however, Customer care agent had asked to give the original package to the agent and once it reaches back to the warehouse my money will be refunded.
I have called repeatedly to the customer care to get a resolution of this issue. The call center agents mention that the Original item has been picked up but has not reached their own warehouse and hence they are unable to refund the amount I have paid to me.
