On July 15th 2021, I purchased two laptops that were available on offer at a discounted price from Laptop Hubb (laptop-hubb.myshopify.com) and made the full payment (Rs. 5,498.00) via their online payment gateway. This URL is no longer active and the online store has disappeared.
I got a confirmation email from LAPTOP HUBB laptophubb789@gmail.com via shopifyemail.com confirming my order (Order #1022) and informing me that the order will be shipped shortly and I shall be informed about the same. This email was received on my email id vishal.rawlley@gmail.com. The order is in the name of Tallulah.
But till date no even after nearly two months I have received no communication from them and my order has not been delivered.
