I had placed an order for a mobile phone and along with that also paid for earlier renewal of Prime membership.
The product was to be delivered the next day. They neither delivered the next day or the day after. I made several follow-up on the order. Finally they conveniently cancelled the order & initiated refund. I want the redunf of the Prime membership also (which is still not due for 15 more days) But they are refusing to refund the amount.
Very unfriendly & poor service
