Text of Complaint by Shubham Kothari:

I had placed an order in December and did not receive 5 out 6 products. On 25th December i got an email from the company saying the order is lost in transit and the next day, it was showing delivered on the app. Since that day, I am following up on the complaint for refund but the company is not cooperating. This was a pre-paid order.
