1. The purchage date of the order is 05 Jul 25 with a prepaid amount of 13650 rupees through UPI payment.
2. No shipping has been initiated from seller even after 18 days.
3. No response from Customer support contact number.
4. Cancellation and full refund has been requested from the buyer through email due to unexpected time delay to initiate shipping of the product.
5. No cancellation or no refund has been initiated till date.
