I have a Order which was to be delivered on 26th May but it was delayed. It was a Gift for my Son for his Birthday and I had called the Customer care on 27th asking them to confirm if they can deliver by 28th. He confirmed that he can Deliver for sure. But it is 31st now and still not product. I have been following it up everyday and same response I get. They dont even know where the product is, But still assure that the product can be delivered. Giving false Promise has been a great Mistake which costs us more if something doesnt happen on time as Expected.
