Hello, i have concern regarding my order of a sofa which I placed on 18th October and has to be deliverd by 26th October but today it’s 9th November it still hasn’t deliverd by them I have contacted them many times all they say is to wait till a specific day and on that day they extend it once again , they are not delivering the product it’s been more than half a month nor they letting me cancel it ,the problem is Flipkart not delivering my product ,nor giving me the option to cancel it the coustomer service doesn’t care about my issue,what should I do? 28999 is not a small amount for me it’s my years of saving please kindly help me in this issue,I want my money back ,please help
