Please return my money, I ordered hertiage mini dubar basmati rice on 18th Jan, 2023 only , I paid through debit card , my payment got deducted of RS 492 for 10 kg but I did not receive any message from pohunch.. Com about delivery , so I got little worried as it maybe fake site as first time I made payment on pohunch as I never ordered anything from pohunch ,I want to order cash on delivery but was not getting options, l like the offer on price that why ordered but I didn’t knew you people are fake as I am calling to customer care continuously from yesterday but same recorded , our executive is busy, you will receive call soon but no call or msg has come to order also I registered my details before placing the order now it is showing invalid no.& Whatsapp no. Is coming blocked
I do not receive any confirmation about my product delivery as used to from online sites
I made wrong decision to shop from pohunch.com
I will give zero rating to pohunch .com as
I am not satisfied with site login system & everything
Please return my hardcore money, other wise I will sued pohunch .com
